Acne Treatment Could Cure your Acne Forever

In acne treatment I think the big question is how can we get rid of acne forever? How can we take ourselves out of the never ending spiral of trying every product that is out there, only to be left with our acne and penniless. We will take a look at the biggest cause of acne, what acne is, home remedies for acne, and if there is an acne treatment that will assist us in getting rid of acne fast. I myself am bewildered by all of this because up until age 45 I had clean vibrant skin. Now I am having acne breakouts, which in turn is the reason for this article and exploring a different approach to my acne treatment.

If you do a search on the internet for what the cause of acne is, you will come up with somewhere around 27 million hits, give or take a couple, who counts after 1,000? But it seems that the cause of acne can be narrowed down considerably when you take your own case on a one to one basis with yourself. In my own words, as best as I can put it after reading all the medical reports and information that I have read, it seems pretty basic. How do you get acne? It seems that, as I am sure you know, our pores in our skin are the key to the cause of acne. When our pores in the skin become clogged or closed by oils and other natural things that are around us, such as dead skin cells, they can become infected. The acne treatment that we could easily use to help prevent a break out is to wash our face and all parts of acne infected areas several times a day with a mild soap. It is also very important that we rinse our infected areas several times after washing them to remove any residue of the soap or whatever we were using. The obvious reason for this is if we leave any residue on our infected areas then the treatment for acne that we just did is totally useless. We might as well have just laid in the mud and clogged all of our pores tight. So let’s take a look at a few home remedies for acne and see what we can figure out….

Home Remedies For Acne Treatment

As mentioned above the easiest home remedy for acne treatment is to keep our pores open and clean as best we can. This may include washing our infected areas several times a day until we get the acne under control. Now, let’s explore how to get rid of acne with a few other home remedies that claim to work. The first one that I have tried which seems to help a lot is to take organic baking soda and mix it with warm water until you have a paste made. Take that paste with your fingers and smooth it over the acne infected areas to help clean away the oil and dead skin cells that you have accumulated during the day. Once you have applied it a few minutes simply rinse it off and you are ready to go. Make sure you do not over do this like I did, because you will then end up buying a product to moisten your skin back up, which in turn can clog your pores, and you will have an acne breakout. I know, it is a vicious circle.

The next acne treatment I tried was a little painful, but hey I have a big garden! If you are fortunate enough to be able to go to your garden and pick a few ripe tomato’s grab them and make yourself a paste from them. Apply this paste to the infected areas and leave it on for an hour or so. Again simply wash your acne infected area thoroughly and go about your gardening. I have to say, I was quite impressed with how this actually helped out, and after the initial stinging I would get, it was just fine. One last remedy that I have not tried but have been told has very good results in the treatment of acne is eggs. Yes, there you have it, now you have to buy a chicken and keep him in the garage. Just kidding. Seperate the yolk from the egg white and use the egg yolk for breakfast. Take the egg white and mix it up good. You can apply the egg white a couple times a week to your skin by simply smearing it over the acne infected areas , letting it stay on about ten minutes, and then rinsing your face thoroughly.

CAN AN ACNE TREATMENT CURE YOU FOREVER ????

Truthfully I have yet to find an acne treatment that I have used that will take all my symptons at the same time. Acne treatment is a lot like anything that you are trying to prevent, is is a daily routine that you must stick to. I do know that there are a lot of products out there and a lot of home remedies for acne that work, some better than others. I know that there are vitamins and facial scrubs that will assist us in getting rid of our acne and I think that really is the key.
